Lurgan Amateur Swimming Club (LASC) hosted City of Belfast on Friday night at Waves Swimming Complex. LASC had won their last two league matches in the Teletot Division and they were keen to continue this good run of victories.

Last Saturday, the Ulster Youth Championships took place at Lisburn Swimming Complex and LASC were well represented when Molly Dickson, Jordan Leckey and Mark McKinless had all achieved the qualifying times.

Lurgan Amateur Swimming Club (LASC) hosted Newry Swimming Club last Thursday evening at Waves Leisure Complex. Newry were unbeaten going into these heats and LASC had stepped up their training schedule recently as they knew they were in for a tough contest against a very strong Newry team.

Lurgan Amateur Swimming Club (LASC) travelled to Letterkenny on Saturday evening for an away fixture to Swilly Seals who are one of the early contenders to win promotion to Division One in the PTL League. LASC had a number of late withdrawals from their Girl’s Team which left the team at a disadvantage right from the outset.

Lurgan Amateur Swimming Club (LASC) started their Teletots Campaign with an away fixture to Portadown Swimming Club on Friday evening. LASC had just missed out on promotion last season so their young swimmers were looking for a strong start to their new season.
